Regulations
1. Customers using our services undertake to comply with the provisions of these regulations, health and safety and fire safety regulations and, in exceptional situations, to comply with the requests of the facility’s employees. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire facility. 3. Rooms are rented for days. 4. The hotel day starts at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Failure to comply with the established hours will result in additional fees. 5. The night silence applies throughout the facility from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
6. If, as a result of a breach of the night silence from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., the Owner or the person responsible for the facility is forced to make a justified intervention by calling the police, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate the Lease. 7. Please do not move the room equipment.
8. We inform you that we are not responsible for the property of the client left in the accommodation room.
9. The payment for the stay is collected in cash on the day of arrival, in accordance with the date set by you.
10. Please report the extension of the stay beyond the period set on the day of arrival to the owner no later than the day before the planned departure, tel. +48 792184509. We will gladly fulfill your request, if possible.
11. The Tenant bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices caused by his fault.
12. In the event that the Tenant significantly disturbs the peace and/or the property of neighbors and does not comply with the generally applicable standards of coexistence between people, the Owner reserves the right to terminate the Tenant’s stay and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.
13. Due to fire protection requirements and general safety, it is not allowed to use heaters, microwaves, radiators, gas appliances, devices or apparatus powered by electricity in the rooms, which are not permanent equipment of the room. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for RTV and computer equipment.
14. Personal belongings left by a departing guest will be sent at their expense to the indicated address. In the event that such instructions are not received, these items will be stored for a month and then destroyed.
15. Unregistered persons in the facility may not stay in the room or on the premises as guests.
16. The guest has no right to transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which they paid the fee has not expired.
17. There is a free, unguarded car park on the premises.
18. We are not responsible for parked cars or items left in them.
19. When checking out of the facility, keys to the room door and the main door, after they have been closed, must be left with the owner.
20. A fee of PLN 50 is charged for losing keys to the room and the main door.
21. Ski equipment, ski boots, sleds, etc. are to be left in the designated area.
22. Users of the grill or hut with a fireplace are obliged to leave it clean after grilling or burning. Guests are responsible for organizing charcoal and briquettes themselves. It is possible to purchase wood for the fireplace from the owner.
23. Children may only play on the playground and in public areas under the supervision of their parents or guardians.
